Bonus Terms and Conditions

General

1) There is no separation between bonus and real balances — when a user receives a bonus, the balances are combined, and the real balance is used first, followed by the bonus balance. The winnings obtained by using bonuses counted as bonus balance and become available for withdrawal only after meeting wagering requirements. Only deposit amount is considered as real balance.

2) Please note that bonus wagering requirements may vary. The current wagering requirements for each bonus are detailed above in the bonus card. Wagering contribution varies by game type:

Slots- 100% (some exceptions may be found via link),
Roulette/Poker/Card/Video poker/Casual games - 5%,
Others - 0%.

3) The welcome bonuses issued are valid within 3 days from the date of receipt unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Players have 1 day to activate free spins from welcome package and 3 days to wager them. Any remaining or unused bonus at the end of the stated period will be removed from the player’s account.

4) Limitation of the maximum bet while wagering: 5 EUR/USD (7,5 AUD / 7,5 CAD / 50 NOK / 7,5 NZD / 600 JPY / 90 ZAR / 30 BRL / 5 USDT or its equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG). Max bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

The maximum amount of winning obtained via each deposit bonus, including any deposit bonuses, CPs, tournament winnings, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses, and others is: 10 000 EUR / 10 000 USD / 15 000 CAD / 100 000 NOK/ 15 000 AUD / 15 000 NZD / 1 200 000 JPY / 180 000 ZAR / 10 000 USDT or equivalent, unless otherwise indicated. For example, if a player wins 11 500 EUR after completing the bonus wager, 1 500 EUR will be cancelled (deducted from the player's balance), and the balance will be 10 000 EUR.
Winnings using bonus funds exceeding these values cannot be withdrawn and will be cancelled.

4.1) The maximum amount of winning obtained via any non-deposit cash bonuses, tournament free spins or free spins is 150 EUR/USD / 1 500 NOK / 225 AUD/CAD/NZD / 18 000 JPY / 2 700 ZAR / 80 BRL 150 USDT or its equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG unless otherwise indicated.

5) Maximum win amount per currency from deposit free spins: 2 000 EUR/USD (3 000 AUD / 3 000 CAD / 20 000 NOK / 3 000 NZD / 240 000 JPY / 36 000 ZAR / 10 000 BRL / 2 000 USDT or its equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG). Maximum win resulting from Loyalty Program free spins and maximum withdrawal is: 1 000 EUR/USD; 1 500 CAD/NZD/AUD; 10 000 NOK; 5 000 BRL; 18 000 ZAR; or its equivalent in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOG. An exception can be made for loyal players, and in case of winning, maximum win amount can be increased.

6) Once activated, the bonus is wagered at the expense of both the real money and bonus money from the player's account. For example, for a 100% deposit bonus with х50 wager, this rule implies that the actual wager for the amount (deposit+bonus) is only x25.

7) You can claim only one bonus at a time. Deposit-related bonuses are not stacked.

8) All the bonuses can only be received ONCE per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, IP addresses and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

9) It's forbidden to abuse any promotional offers at Zoome Casino. If any such cases come to light, the casino reserves the right to seize any winnings gained as a result of abusing the bonus offers and disable the option of using any bonuses for that account in future.

10) The management of the Zoome casino reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices. Bonuses offered by Zoome are intended for genuine recreational players only. The bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers.” Zoome management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. Once a Player is classified as a “bonus hunter,” - bonuses will not be available to them; at the same time, the player can continue to play for real money. Once a Player is classified as a “bonus abuser,” all winnings and bonuses will be voided.

11) It's forbidden to delay any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, to a later time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make new deposit(s). If a player is suspected of any of such actions, Zoome Casino management reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and any winnings acquired from them at its sole discretion.

12) In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
